Plan, forecast, budget and project the future financial performance of the economic enterprises and assess the impact on the governmental operations as well as develop, maintain and monitor the cash flow needs. Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial reporting.

Responsible for the entire accounting cycle of assigned offices. Daily Cash Book reconciliation (multi currencies), disbursement data entry of daily wire transfers, weekly remittance process, monthly vendors' statements reconciliation, corporate tax instalments and reconciliation, monthly preparation and reconciliation of sales tax remittance.

Manage the entire accounting system and handle data entry system that allows fund/member level detail entries and quick update of employment history. Assist in preparing plan documents, amendments, and summary plan descriptions. Undertakes application, inquiry processing, maintain records for due payments, transfer funds to local, and assist account executive with employer contributions and accounts up to finalisation.
