As a Project Manager, I coordinate international and complex projects, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation for our clients. My focus is primarily on the U.S. market. I am involved from the earliest stages of projects, supporting sales colleagues with advice during the preparation of quotes and tenders, as well as conducting software and hardware demonstrations.My responsibilities include aligning with all stakeholders and training partners in the integration of hardware. I research, test, and configure card reader technology and software environments. I also coordinate software integrations and provide advice and training to end-users at various levels. Additionally, I support the service desk with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.With a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, I contribute to the growth and professionalization of Vecos USA.

Vecos is de marktleider op het gebied van locker management systemen. Tijdens mijn stageperiode bij Vecos stond het onderzoeken van de onderwijsmarkt centraal. Na het analyseren van de resultaten heb ik conclusies en aanbevelingen geformuleerd voor het bedrijf.
