After transitioning from the Army and completing my Master's Degree, I moved to take care of some family related issues. During this time, I worked several part time jobs.

• Served as a Senior Security and Intelligence Manager over a team of 5 Soldiers whose responsibility was to research and analyze a multitude of physical, environmental, and digital risks that impacted combat operations, improving commander’s situational awareness and strategic planning.• Drove ongoing security risk management initiatives set by the U.S. DoD, ensuring adherence to legal and long-standing standard operating procedures for military groups ranging in size from 6-300 personnel.• Developed new standard operating procedures and best practices around security risk management, for various units ranging in size from 6 – 300 Soldiers that increased survivability, decreased physical and digital security risks and improved US national security.• Results of efforts include earning Civil Affairs Course Honor Graduate, Soldier of the Year (over 1000+ Soldiers), and employee earning Soldier of the Year (over 1000+ Soldiers).

• Highly successful Senior Sales Representative, responsible for the assessment and collaboration of patients’ risk for glaucoma and dry eye disease, resulting in improved patient outcomes and increased revenue from Lumigan, Combigan, Alphagan, Restasis, and TruTear.• Leveraged interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and territory management to analyze and assess patients’ risk for loss of eyesight through glaucoma or reduced quality of life through dry eye disease.• Responsible for the compliance and secure handling of patient information, including HIPAA data, resulting in zero incidents that would compromise clients or Allergan.• Managed the largest sales territory in Allergan’s Eye Care Division, ensuring appropriate territory and time management, resource management and account management that led to reduced patient risk and increased revenue. Results of efforts included President’s Club Award, Best Team Award and Restasis New Growth Award Winner.

Took time to relocate to Colorado and find a new career.

• Accomplished Security and Intelligence Manager, leading a team of 8-12 soldiers in multiple overseas, international capacities, that improved governance, risk, and compliance within the U.S. Department of Defense.• Developed implementable standards and best practices that reduced physical and digital risk and ensured mission success under extreme pressure in austere environments, resulting in zero US casualties.• Defined the short and long-term objective and key results for security risk management, in highly austere environments, ensuring compliance of military standards, resulting in mission success and improved US national defense, while accountable for over $10 million worth of equipment.• Accountable for over 8 Soldiers and the daily management of risk assessment, training, and risk mitigation; resulting in complete mission readiness for personnel and military equipment valued at over $3.5 million.
