Global Finance Director of Trailer Sytstems, Aftermarket and Remanufacturing Business Units. (850 M$ Annual Sales)Main responsibilities are;- Sales to margin analysis and reporting for Trailer Systems, Aftermarket and Remanufacturing businesses- Lead annual budgeting process for global Business Unit- Drive long term strategic planning process for global business unit as a part of BU leadership team- Lead acquisition and integration activities for global business unit from a finance perspective

Global finance leader of Sourcing and Purchasing Department at WABCO. Responsible for controlling and reporting the worldwide material purchases of around $1.1 billion annually. Main responsibilities are;- Managing the financial risk of the supply base- Supporting the activities to drive sustainable material productivity - Leading the annual operating and strategic planning of WABCO Sourcing Organization with a special focus on quality, cost and delivery. - Driving cash flow improvement through supplier payment terms standardization and supplier financing program- Conducting weekly review of quality, cost and delivery performance with each business unit, region and commodity group- Supporting treasury activities of commodity hedging and FX exposure on direct material purchases

- Responsible for the cost management and reporting of EMEA equipment projects - $20M annual spend.- EMEA finance lead for the wing-to-wing implementation of new equipment process in 12 different countries. Delivered finance training on purchase accounting, revenue and cost recognition, and on account reconciliations.- Provide financial guidance to operations on the structuring of complex deals.- Conduct project reviews with the operational team on the active equipment deals. - Lead Cost Per Unit analysis for 5 EMEA and 4 APAC plants. As part of the analysis coordinate the standardization of cost bookings across different locations.- Specialized in Percentage of Completion accounting.- Received an award from Global CFO for the improvement and standardization of finance processes.
