Managed and audited all purchasing activities of mass and prototype production of military projects including first two prototype production of Altay Main Battle Tank project (second biggest project of Defense Industry in history worth $500.000.000) from contract negotiations to the acceptance of the final products.

Managed production planning department consists of 3 engineers. Production and material resource planning activities based on flexible customer orders.

Managed 45 million USD annual budgeted purchasing team responsible for cost analysis, qualification and delivery performance of 170 vendors on the light commercial vehicle indusrty. Responsibility was purchasing rubber and plastic parts, air conditioners and some electrical/electronical components, paints and chemicals, sheet metal parts, frp and abs parts, spare parts and all indirect materials, all strategical purchasing activities and finding new sources.
