I first started my career as a director/producer in the television and advertising industry. During this time, I had the opportunity to gain experience on video production knowledge in my field. Over time, I changed my career in a different direction and took positions as agency producer and client director in advertising agencies.Until this time, I worked as a customer director, brand consultant, strategist, etc. In the field of communication. Within the companies I serve in positions; there is many global brands such as Warner Brothers, Pepsico, Walt Disney, P&G, Google, Mattel, Hasbro, Microsoft, Unilever.I managed long-term project processes with multinational brands and developed technology-based new generation working models for the needs of brands in the field of video marketing.In 2019, I founded Volans Video Agency, my brand new first start-up in the field of video marketing with the goal of becoming a global platform with it's own software. Volans Video Agency offers it’s customers the opportunity to purchase productized videos with in predictable budgets.In the first quarter of 2022, I took part in the establishment of Volans Video Agency GmbH by partnering in Germany and I opened the Frankfurt office, the first European office of the company.As a General Manager of Volans video Agency I'm using my powerful experiences to seek one step further in HR, RFID, Cloud Tech. In my current position I'm much more into the field of technology and developing different business models with the new technologies developing in the field of video marketing etc. I keep continue to invest in start-up organizations in new generation business fields.At the same time, I take part in mentor programs ofr start-up development organizations of institutions from the banking, investment and finance sector.I'm among the jury members since 2020 at the Martech Awards, one of the leading organizations in the sector, and I undertook two duties under the umbrella of the organization.I observe that sectoral and technological developments call us to development and change. I continue to learn and improve.
