He graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Gazi University in 2002. From 2004 to 2017, he worked at Oyak-Renault Automobile Factories in Bursa, holding various positions in the internal logistics flows, lean production ("SPR - Système de Production Renault"), and supplier development ("Supplier Task Force" and "MONOZUKURI") divisions. In 2014, he went to the AVTOVAZ factory in Russia as an expatriate for the Renault Logan project. Upon returning to Turkey, he continued to be involved in supplier development programs, managing operational efficiency projects focused on lean approaches at over 30 suppliers.In 2017, he founded a consultancy company and began working on lean transformation projects across all sectors. For approximately four years, he contributed to the establishment and training of instructors at model factories designed as competence and digital transformation centers in Turkey (Ankara, Konya, and Adana). In this context, he was involved in long-term consultancy contracts with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).By participating in Istanbul Technical University's "Digital Transformation Management" certificate program, he integrated the Industry 4.0 approach into his services. He also earned Phase 1 and Phase 2 digital badges in lean transformation under the coordination of the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology.Yusuf Doğan, who has developed and implemented programs for lean and digital approaches, which are of strategic importance in the transformation of companies, has had the opportunity to apply these programs in over 100 companies. Additionally, he has carried out projects supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Given the critical importance of sustainability today, his consultancy services also encompass "Environmental, Social, and Governance" (ESG) approaches. In this context, as of August 2024, I am officially certified as a Consumer Sustainability Industrial Readiness Index (COSIRI) Assessor.He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in "Management and Organization" at Bursa Uludağ University.
