I worked on digitazation of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. Spent a lot of time to develop and improve hr chatbot. Managed all third party relations. Lead and organize Practica Camp on digital. I was trained by ING to be a machine learning business translator.

I was recruited on purpose which was leading Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding. When I first started I prepared and launched 2 year action plan.
