Before joining Money Fellows, I was a representative at Teleperformance, where I handled customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and delivered excellent service and support. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Ain Shams University, and I have developed strong problem solving, analytical, and clinical psychology skills throughout my education and work experience.
