1. Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.2. Coordinating the Interviews & the open days.3. Provides initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screening & conducts face-to-face interviews (CPI interviews for white collar), performs reference checks when required.4. Coordinating the job fair.5. Posts new vacancies over different types of online or offline channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.6. Finds new talent sources for Recruitment team & Research new opportunities in how the company can find and attract better Candidates.7. Creates & Coordinates the offering process including negotiating offers with candidates.8. Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.9. Tracks applicants flow & Documents hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process, interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc.…) & no-show reasons for future analysis.10. Recommends system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost-effective, high-quality services are provided to hiring managers.
