- Contacting Foreign Freight Forwarders and Shipping Lines to build a strong partnership to ensure we always have competitive Freight Rates available to our clients.- Negotiate Freight Rates with Foreign Freight Forwarders and /or Shipping Lines to reach the client’s Target Rate.- Coordinate the suitable Pickup dates and loading plan with the Clients’ Suppliers.- Revise the paperwork and any necessary documents of our clients’ foreign Suppliers to ensure everything is in order before shipping (PL, CI, EUR1, COO, and Legalization).- Handle all Import & Export Shipment agents and clients Requests (FCL, LCL, Air Shipments) and Freehand shipments from our Foreign Freight Forwarders partners.- Issue Shipping invoices then sending them to the finance department for final approval.- Handle Export Shipments from Egypt.- Handle household and personal effect shipments

Operations CoordinatorJun 2109 - Present Egypt• Dealing with the shipping lines/airlines, collecting the required rates,preparing offers according to the shipments details and forwarding them tothe sales department.• Handling export shipments (FCL,LCL, Freehand shipments orAir shipments)• Booking with the shipping lines and collecting all the shipping orders.• Arranging the pickup and the transportation of the goods as requested bythe client.• Coordinating with the truckers to ensure delivery before cutoff.• Ensuring documentation produced in a timely manner, (sending the finaldeclarations, preparing B/L drafts, following any amendments, invoice issuing)• Proactive in case of changes to the scheduled shipments (Vessel omit, fullybooked … etc)• Dealing with trusted foreign agents/freight forwarders all over the world,collecting shipping rates, negotiating with them in order to match client'starget rate.
