Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Medical Sector)
Current-Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies for key departments within the medical sector, including clinical, administrative, and support staff.-Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs and culture of the organization.-Source, attract, and recruit top talent across the medical sector, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel.-Utilize a wide range of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with the best candidates in the healthcare industry.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and external partners to build a robust talent pipeline.-Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the medical sector.-Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling employer branding content, including employee testimonials, videos, and social media campaigns.-Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.-Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from crafting captivating job postings to conducting engaging interviews and facilitating the hiring decision.-Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback to candidates. -Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of top talent into the organization.-Proactively network and engage with potential candidates to keep them informed about exciting career opportunities within our company.
