During my time at True&Co. — 1.5 years of which I was the Lead Designer — I had the privilege of working with a talented team on a wide range of design projects from UI/UX, product design to print catalog design. Below are a few my responsibilities & favorite projects from my tenure.• Owned visual design of e-commerce website & product features. • Worked closely with Head of Product and Development team to design and launch product features. Conducted user research, designed wireframes, and wrote specs for product features in addition to visual design. Actively managed agile product development process on Pivotal Tracker. Attended weekly dev sprint planning.• Member of cross functional task-force focused on website conversion. Designed and tested 30+ ideas in 6 month timeframe.• Collaborated with Creative Director and team of architects & retail designers to design the Try-On Truck — True&Co.'s physical retail pop-up store on wheels! • Owned visual design of all print marketing collateral including six 52-page print catalogs from concept to production.
