Hoa and Pham Minh Toan founded Time Universal as the first company of TIME GROUP since 2004. After nearly 2 decades, from an independent marketing agency, the small giant entity became a group of companies developing in a wide range of services such as IMC agency (Time Universal), Event Agency (Time Maker), Digital Marketing Agency (Bloomcomm), large scale culture and entertainment festivals organizing (Vietfest), international real estate festivals (VIPF - Vietnam International Property Festival), online creative content platform - eNovel, webtoon (Time Publishing), traditional publication (Time Books), DOOH (Time Unique)... The group also invests in robot developing (Open Class Room with Tri Nhan Robot), innovation platform for international investment (Inmergers), home decor community (HappyNest)...Hoa is recently regconized for her contribution to establish Hozo Music Festival in Ho Chi Minh and she herself also works as its Marcom Director. She does not often work directly for every single projects within the group but she always has quick actions and solutions for emerging projects. In 2023 and 2024, she is building some large scale festivals and culture development projects, which will be annouced soon.Beside her professional life, she is also known as a writer, poet and painter. Her paintings recently are exhibited at Define Gallerry, 38 Nguyen Hue, District 1, HCMC.
