I am a Technical Support Analyst at Trinity University and a Computer Science student with a passion for learning and applying the latest technologies and frameworks to create innovative solutions. I have developed my skills in C#, back-end web development, and technical support, resolving various software issues, troubleshooting network problems, and enhancing user satisfaction.I have also gained hands-on experience in full-stack development, using React, Node.js, and SQLServer to build a system for PPF - Innovative Possibilities, a project-based learning platform. I collaborated with diverse and talented team members, following agile methodologies and best practices. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean, and I enjoy working with different cultures and perspectives.
