I also joined the Burma delegation to the 7th Session of the United Nations Security Council Resolution regarding peace and security for Burmese women and the 62 session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, United States. Advocated for Burma, resulting in putting Burma issue at the meeting agenda of the UN Security Council in November 2007. Furthermore, I also spoke to the media on behalf of the organization.WAV ProgramAs Women Against Violence Program Assistant Coordinator at the Women's League of Burma, I oversaw program activities for 7 field teams across Burma and Thailand, prepared activity reports for donors, and planned activities for International Women Day and Violence Against Women Day etc. I also conducted trainings on women rights and gender issues,monitored program activities at different field sites and maintained regular contact with the field coordinator. In addition, I presented on the situation of Women and Children at the International Seminar in Seoul, South Korea and at One Degree Asia Youth Festival in Singapore in 2006.

Lastly, I presented on Women in Burma at the World March of Women 4th International meeting in New Delhi, India, resulting in increased awareness and partnerships.
