Founded the organization in 2013Formed a Board of Directors and worked with legal experts to create the structure of the organization including its Mission and Vision. I develop strategies for both, operations, and program planning to help with the growth of the organization. Set budgets for the organization and prepared documentation for audits and tax preparation. Developed curriculum for various programs for the organization and formed committees to help support the programs ensuring goals are being met. I update curriculum yearly to ensure up to date information is thought to program participants. Create and execute marketing plans to support both fundraising and program awareness for the organization. Developed evaluation plans and reports for funders and to help with future strategic planning. Write winning proposals for both foundations and corporations. I form partnerships with corporations from across Canada and ensure strategic partnerships for the organization. I manage almost 100 volunteers per year and provide support around program planning, strategy and other areas that are needed to support the organization. I oversee hiring and training of staff and volunteers. I think on my feet and my work ethic is exceptional. Because of that, I managed to ensure that hEr VOLUTION has become an award-winning organization that focuses on making impact for young women across Canada.
