Enabled the engineering team to conceptualize, prototype and productize a state of the art, first to market holographic meeting experience by optimizing operations for the team from its inception, anticipating their needs and delivering on them before they knew they needed it, removing countless obstacles from their path, and facilitating procurement of all prototype components from specialty vendors by fostering relationships with them. I also aided in the UX and industrial design of the prototype resulting in the issuance of a US patent for one of my ideas. Managed compliance software implementations to automate compliance checkpoints in the systems, ensuring the business process was accurately followed to reducing risk to the business within the IT applications.

Conducted internal Sarbanes Oxley audits to prepare the business for external audits and reduce risk of failure. Streamlined the Change Management process for SOX applications to reduce risk in application code deployment processes by developing and rolling out a compliance workflow tool.
