This is a family business in which I am involved in the later stages of the production process: - sourcing and making decisions in regards to the color pallets and nuances for our products as per client requirements; - applying paint and coating to the wooden products - sourcing and liaising with clients to best meet their needs - managing the administrative side of the business - making customized price proposals and quotations to our clients - recruiting new staff to be involved in the production process
