With over 10 years of experience as an Agile Coach and Trainer, I have successfully guided and supported many clients across various industries and domains, such as Magestore, X3English, 30Shine, Techcombank, NTQ Solution, NAL Vietnam, DEHA Software, Tecomen, Di Chung, and more.My career has also led me to be an expert in agile software development, education, training, and software craftsmanship. I practice Agile in multiple areas, such as education, organization management, and software development. I am a pioneer in promoting Agile and software craftsmanship in Vietnam by co-founding TapChiLapTrinh.vn and CocoDojo, and by serving as a board member of Agile Vietnam. I hold multiple certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Scrum Professional. I am also pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership from the Swiss School of Business and Management.
