My role is to ensure that enterprise operations teams are entirely prepared to provide operational and technical backing to the projects assigned. I function as the Technical advisor to determine the system requirements, provide input to Project Managers/Related Parties on knowledge transfer, relevant operations documentation and process requirements, facilitate technical staff resourcing, assist in deployment strategies, liaise with third party vendors and ensure that any infrastructure changes are addressed immediately.

Panorama Deployment In Ontario

The Panorama deployment in First Nation communities in Ontario is a province-wide initiative managed in partnership with Chiefs of Ontario, Health Canada and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. The Panorama system (Pan-Canadian Electronic Public Health Surveillance System) links Public Health professionals, Medical Officers of Health, physicians, hospitals, and other authorized health stakeholders together into an electronic data network. Some of the key accountabilities include data mapping, support for data cleansing and migration of client data from the First Nations legacy application to Panorama.

The eHealth Ontario’s OLIS 64 bit and the Ontario Ministry of Health's Panorama project undertakings were performed for Gevity Inc (formerly, Global Village Consulting Inc) – which is a healthcare informatics consulting and software development company, with distinguished domain experts in Health, Public Health, Information Management, and Enterprise Application Development.

Worked on a team commissioned to build a new 64-bit Production, Disaster Recovery and Development infrastructure for "Ontario Laboratory Information System" (OLIS) and for providing software support services including virtual infrastructure configuration and enterprise agent services.

Worked with various customers to develop and deploy industry defining digital asset management solutions across several industry verticals such as Media & Entertainment, Broadcasting, Advertising & Marketing, Publishing, Education, Retail, and Manufacturing.

Consultant for Compuware Corporation in the implementation of its ‘flagship’ product ‘Changepoint’ software. Changepoint project portfolio management is a fully integrated IT portfolio management solution covering the full portfolio investment lifecycle. Responsible for the on-site implementation, pre-post production support and consultation for clients in the healthcare, banking, insurance, telecommunications and energy sectors.

Provided technical expertise to key clients in North America for Changepoint software. Offered Second Tier support for strategic clients by managing client requests on production systems, implementation, Integration and system failures.

Provide swat-level support to clientele, including the top 100 legal attorneys in North America for ‘Document & Content Management’ software. Promoted to work with Open Text's [Hummingbird] elite problem resolution task force, the SWAT Team.

Implemented, Configured and Integrated the Enterprise Information Management Systems (EIMS) product line of Hummingbird Portal, Document Management (DM), Collaboration, Business Intelligence (BI), Records Management (RM), Knowledge Management (KM) and ensured successful integration with all products.

Worked in conjunction with Sales professionals in order to provide consultation to potential customers. Assisted clients in making informed decisions on programs such as Mainframe, Unix to desktop pc base ‘Network Connectivity’ as suited to their business needs.

Provided worldwide second level technical support and solved technically related issues with Hummingbird's PC based Unix connectivity products (eXceed and HostExplorer) which were supported on all Microsoft Operating systems.
