- Provided full-time programmatic support to the Ron and Jessica Liebowitz Fund for Innovation (FFI), a multimillion-dollar fund established to provide support for experimental and unconventional projects with the potential to create lasting, positive change and strengthen the Middlebury experience. - Designed and formalized a streamlined proposal review processes for the 16-member Fund Advisory Board that evaluated over 80 applications in the Fund’s first two years. - Planned and executed extensive outreach campaign, which included general stakeholder meetings and information sessions at Middlebury College and Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and individual sessions with potential applicants. Created and maintained the Fund’s social media and website.- Directly oversaw 12+ approved projects ranging between $1,000 and $90,000. Collaborated with project leads to develop and monitor project budgets and to design and execute assessment plans that captured each project’s quantitative and qualitative impact on the Middlebury community.
