Our solutions serve the needs of customers that require the highest level of privacy, security, accuracy, and scalability for their AI applications and the ability to apply AI intelligence to their own proprietary data and information.As Solutions Manager, I lead customer engagements from initial proof of value through the deployment of our AI knowledge management software across multiple products, industries, and solutions. Working closely with our OEM partner Pryon, I fill the role of a project manager and technical advisor during the creation of the Private LLM knowledge system and the fine-tuning of the AI output. Additionally, I assist in all technical development and model training for our digital human projects.

My role at Carlton Richards is to support the management consulting team across all B2B commercial transformations. I am called on to provide quantitative support and develop business analytical models. The analytical models are leveraged by the senior consulting team to establish baseline metrics and determine the specific business impact for each project. Additionally, I focus on the integration of AI tools for the commercial organization of our customers. Helping install, optimize, and launch sales and marketing-specific AI technologies that improve the predictability of revenue and the profitability of the sales organization for our customers.
