Current● Supported numerous team initiatives throughout prototyping and early pre-production phases of the project. Highlights included coordinating test plans with UXR for initial gameplay prototypes, and working with the Production Director on Jedi: Survivor to help facilitate partnership and the sharing of assets, knowledge, and talent between the two Star Wars Unreal Engine projects within Respawn.● Modeled overall team roster within a fixed headcount plan, and worked closely with the project director and department heads to align hiring priorities across all departments. Interfaced with recruiters and studio leadership to help drive the hiring process for our growing AAA team.● Managed a team of 4 entry- to mid-level producers for 2 years. Provided support and guidance to employees in their respective roles, and worked with each individual to identify growth opportunities.● Led production on cinematics for 5 months after joining the department during initial planning and development stages. Helped put team process structure in place, and assisted cinematics leads with production planning around pipeline, team headcount, and overall schedule based on a fixed budget.
