Organized our existing book of business and new inbound leads, handling initial contractual negotiations, legal redlining processes, and renewal negotiations. Acted as an Account Manager for all of our enterprise customers to encourage success with the product and seat expansion.

Manage a team of Account Engineers responsible for onboarding new enterprise customers and facilitating the success of existing ones. Act as a collaborator and final approver for any custom client-directed work, and as a conduit to engineering for communicating those requirements in a technically reasonable and understandable way.

Deep dive customer processes to develop solutions that solve business problems. Architect systems that allow for rapid development, continuous deployment, and test driven development.

Gather new customer requirements and implement the product to fit their needs, manage new and existing integrations with customer data, and configure the product to match customer needs as their business grows.

Develop scripts using Perl and PHP to interface with a PostgreSQL database to complete requirements laid out by customers that enhance the product. Large amount of time spent writing SQL queries and working with complex table relationships.
