From May 2007 to May 2017 I was Product Manager at Sematic Spa. During my professional career I developed cost reduction plans, working towards objectives within a team of four people, new product implementation plans, company technical training plans around the world and at trade fairs as well as supported quality processes, ensuring the margins required by the P&L manager to cover the BEP.The experience gained was useful for my subsequent role in the group: CRM manager where I directly followed the evolution of the sales configurator tool and the CRM, including customizations and their testing and deployment, managing a team of external consultants and internal stakeholders to integrate the requests that the business made.The tool then moved on to a Phaseout stage managed until complete decommissioning and transition to the new group ERP without any hitches.At the same time, I held positions as Pricing manager Europe for cars, drives, safeties and slings, an experience that completed a previously missing piece for product management's skill that cannot avoid touching on aspects of prices in relation to costs to better frame product profitability and margins.I took part, as a speaker, in international conferences (ELEVCON, INTERLIFT) where I presented a project on IoT and Industry 4.0 relating to Predictive Maintenance through Augmented Reality that I supervised and implemented up to the prototype phase.I attended specific training courses in the fields of Project Management, Product Management, Public Speaking and Problem Solving and I developed a mindset very oriented towards achieving company and customer objectives.
