- Coordinate the implementation of the research project "Vietnam: 40 Years of Doi Moi and 2045 Vision". - Produce proposals for assigned research and consultancy projects- Develop the detailed work plan and proposed budget for project activities- Ensure project activities are implemented in accordance with the approved project documents and meet the targets, indicators with high quality- Coordinate with international and local partners, working with the research team, financial officers and technical staffs to ensure that all activities and outputs are technically sound and appropriate

- Manage a number of development projects on policy advocacy for fair and sustainable tax policies in Vietnam and the ASEAN region- Set up the yearly and quarterly plans of the alliance. Be responsible to deploy and implement regular capacity building and training activities as approved plans- Coordinate with members of VATJ in the process of implementing project activities
