As a freelancer to serve my former customer on their Supplier Development Lean project; and also cooperated with some consulting company for their Lean related project & training mission.1、BMW（Shenyang） NWS training for section leader;2、AviX workshop for PUMA Fuzhou3、Lean supply chain workshop for AREVA Xiamen’s Suppliers(contracted Lean consultant for AREVA Xiamen Supply Chain) 4、Lean Training Mission for contracted consulting company

1、Organize and develop Lean projects on Public Course Training & In-House Training(Workshops). 1.1.To organize & hold successfully Public Course regarding Introduction of Lean Manufacturing every 2-3 months. 1.2.Deliver different Lean Improvement project workshops to all levels of people in Customers’ site (meeting room + shop floor), and follow-up in following 4-6 months, get significant performance.Projects like 5S/Visula Management to make space saved 60%, WIP reduced 40%; Kaizen Workshop to make space saved 50%, CT reduced 20%, stock dropped 50%; OEE improvement to make OEE improve 30%; other projects like SMED Improvement, VSM tools application, Hoshin workshop etc…2、Support to senior international consultant’s projects in China, and be responsible for following up & supporting the trainee’s projects after training. Projects includes: OEE improvement; Create Continuous Flow and Re-layout production line; Pull System Application; Material in process improvement; Logistics Improvement for Line, etc…and all Projects get significant results and good feedback from customers3、Organize & perform Lean Supply Chain project with our senior international consultant for customer. And be responsible to train most of their suppliers in China on Lean Fundamentals and also execute some project implementation.One of Lean projects I was handed on was been marked as their Lean Application Supplier’s winner.4、As the Office Representative to manage ALC’s office and develop business in Shanghai

1、As the Training manager: 1.1.Lead & organize Public Training project ,market developing, contact and cooperate with outsources to make project successfully; and to set up, improve company’s training management regulation , flows; 1.2.lead & train team members on customer contact and communication ,to develop business and keep going well with customers.2、As a assistant consultant to participate in, to implement and to follow up some Lean/TPS/Ford Q1 Deployment projects, main activities in these projects are: 2.1.Audit & follow up the progress, be able to identify variations during project implementation, organize team members to discuss, analysis and resolve problems happened in project; 2.2.As a coordinator throughout the project, build up and keeping good connection between customers and senior consultants and also with our company. 2.3.Some Lean tools workshop training and re-training mission, like (5S, SMED, QC Tools, Lean Index, Standard Work Sheet, Kaizen Circle, and so on…)
