Responsibilities: • winter mobilization and summer navigation projects;• negotiations with suppliers, tender processes (market research, discussing cooperation terms and services provided, contract signing and managing etc.)• supply chains creation (delivery of general/heavyweight/lightweight/dangerous cargos to clients' oilfields throughout Russia using various roads and types of vehicles)• supervising logistics services procurement specialists’ activities • working with a large amount of information and data (collecting, processing, analysis) • digitalization of available operational data at all stages of the project;• financial and operational indicators analysis based on the project results;• unique contract forms drafting
