In charge of full recruitment cycle, from Sourcing to interviewing and hiring talent - Support in HR Projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the Studio1. Full cycle of recruitment:- Recruitment expertise varies from mass recruitment for Intern / Fresher / Trainee roles in 3D for Game / Art / Animation to sourcing for more senior roles, leading roles (both domestic and foreign talent)- Talent attract by placing job advertisement on all sources of job boards and connection, both online and offline- Manage new employee relocation and onboarding process2. Employer Branding:- Project Owner for Employer branding and school relation activities (Job fairs, seminars, workshops, fresher programs,...), provide schools with updated trends and requirements from Game / Tech market- Promote Sparx* as a great place to work and young talent-friendly working environment on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and other job boards)- Update and maintain weekly, monthly, yearly reports3. Operations project management:- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for assigned projects relating to Talent management, Employer branding and other HR projects- Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation- Closely tract project life cycle and organize regular updates with management teams- Prepare ad-hoc reports partnering with HR Services for baseline people data
