Manage Innoviz automotive Lidar configuration management from early development to production stages. Lead company change control board according to the automotive engineering development process. -Lead customer and OEMs product change request notifications process.Drive end-to-end product change management process to improve the functionality, safety, and efficiency of the production process and product. Coordinating between company’s and sub-contractors R&D teams (Optical, Mechanical and Electrical engineers), Operations and contract manufacturers. Manage Lidar manufacturing configurations in worldwide production sites.

Leading a team of Transfer to Production engineers, responsible for multiple products in both NPI and mass production, focusing on manufacturing in number of WW production sites.Responsibly for diverse range of strategic products configurations (NIC, TORs, Director Switch, and interconnect).Manage the company’s key strategic customer’s product requirements and enhancements requests.Coordinating between companies R&D engineers, customer requirements and sub-contractors, to achieve and execute high quality products.Establish and lead new manufacturing site from early stages to mass production.

Manage products lifecycle from early development stages, NPI through mass production, until end of life.Define multiple complex product's configuration, including product material, production specification and manufacturing processes.Work in cooperation with the company R&D engineers, operations, marketing, customers and sub-contractors.Assure product implementation at multiple worldwide subcontractor’s production sites.Work includes high knowledge and skills in the following softwares: MS office, Oracle Agile PLM.
