Managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of three high impact products (web and mobile) in a B2B/B2C environment. * I have successfully defined and released within 2 months timeframe a fully dynamic website with complete mobile support (www.travelcard.com.au) and a Full dynamic CMS backend alongside a Blog component deployed using WordPress. * I have successfully defined and released the first German operation of PassportCard (B2B activity) under www.passportcard.de. I Manged 3 high profile, high budgeted R&D projects with E2E deliveries. I was in charge of effectively analyze, plan and commit project activities in order to meet and deliver milestones while using Agile tools to optimize planning cycles and reduce waste and clutters.During my role I have accomplished the below:• Working on multiple projects with changing scope and critical gateways in a highly complex multidisciplinary matrix environment (R&D - Software developers, Mechanicians, Electronics, hardware specialists, product managers) with over 200 individuals supporting each project * Established and comprehensive experience of Software and Hardware product planning and executing key milestones* Working with complex tools in order to successfully manage porject's content, roadmap and budget (JIRA, Tableau, Qlickview)* Release management – lead the release cycle – Aligning all interfaces with the roadmap* Quaterly/Milestones presentations to stackholders - Presenting KPIs, Roadmap, resources planning & constrains and risks and mitigations.• Constant monitoring of content constrains and gaps due to tech risks or HC gaps/mis-planning o Leading Obeya sessions each sprint as planning and monitoring tool o Quarterly content re-evaluation as part of planning cycle, commit alignments sessions with development matrix and conclude action plan for next development phase. I was responsible for optimizing the product “pre-client delivery” production process by monitoring, characterizing and implementing new ERP planning modules and implementing JIT methodology throughout the operational site.Main activities – • Data analysis and benchmarking of the entire pre-delivery process and publishing dashboard to site’s management • Characterization, requirements analysis and implementation ERP modules in Agile method in order to establish accurate SLA for end client • Establishing production operation plans and overseeing their execution

The job required ongoing and consistent use of management information systems, while executing projects between departments. During filling my role and responsibilities, I have carried out 4 projects Involving the Server and R&D departments while also providing technical support and guidance to users regarding the product with the use of management and control/inspection tools.Moreover, I was required to analyze issues and afterwards documenting them in the system and providing solutions.

The job required software testing within the OS X and Windows platforms. It also required technical support for customers who use the system that was developed by the company. Among other things, the job requires physically going to the customer’s facility in order to provide them with a technical solution.

I was certified from "Apple" as a technical expert in the OS X platform. The job required providing technical support to "Apple" users both in Mobile and the OS X platforms.
