Related to my previous role, I have a continued responsibility re general human resource management in some business units. Now also responsible to establish an integrated ER strategy for the Sugar and Feeds business units, to facilitate substantive negotiations and related processes, to optimise employee engagement and workforce stability, to understand ER gaps and advise re appropriate interventions, to ensure continuous communication between the company and employees at all levels, to facilitate effective employee representative structures, to drive ER training and capacity building, to implement and role out a reviewed company disciplinary code, to facilitate ER related change management processes and to facilitate and/or represent the company at CCMA & Third party interventions.In addition to the above, I also oversee the SAP org management function for the RCL Sugar division.
