• Client Onboarding Team Lead in Operations• Manage client relationships to properly onboard them for business activity, while reviewing Know Your Customer (KYC) policy as enforced by FinCen and US Regulations• Liaises with sales, compliance, and other operations teams to facilitate business efficiently for optimal client experience• Project management

• Invoice sponsors for assigned projects according to executed contracts and accrued revenue• Prepare accurate and timely invoices for project billing based on contract specifications• Assist Project Managers and Business Unit Controllers to ensure timely approval of invoices• Reconcile invoices, project budgets, and analyze variances • Serve as liaison between company and client for billing purpose • Conduct research and compile documentation in support of project invoicing • Assist with reconciliation of sponsor accounts at project closeout as applicable
