My name is Shu-Ping Lu. I am an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at Fu Jen Catholic University. I have accumulated more than a decade of work experience at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), which has provided me with the opportunity to participate in research and corporate projects on topics including information security, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and 5G-related issues. These innovative and challenging assignments have inspired and honed my skills in research, problem solving, and efficient communication with key stakeholders and partners.To further my academic research, I continued my education and successfully obtained my PhD degree in Electrical Engineering (DCNSLab) from National Taiwan University. The title of my doctoral dissertation is "Mutual Authentication Based on Distributed Ledger Technology and Its Applications". This research is mainly applied to Cellular Vehicle-to-Physical (C-V2X) modules, Internet of Drones (IoD) networks for self-driving cars and drone fleet management.In terms of academic research, I appreciate innovations with emotional and creative thinking and focus on the development and maintenance of human relationships. Notably, I am passionate about helping others and am involved in charitable activities in my spare time. In addition, I have extensive practical experience in industry, academia and research.
