 Reporting the audit’s activity to level management up, such as: shortage, excess, cash opname, or fraud for every audit in store with National’s scale (495 stores around Indonesia). Arranging the schedule of stock count in National Scale and doing the adjustments for stocks in each store. Budgeting for the next year and presented in Bata Global Following the procedures and process of examination (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan - BAP) and becoming the witness.  Presenting for the progress of Internal Audit Division in Audit Committee Meeting. Selecting, negotiating, and evaluating the external auditors for stock count, audit fee, and proposal expenditure to Accounting and Finance department for efficiency cost. Planning for the process audit for all divisions in Head Office. Doing the Physical Inventory Count of Bata Indonesia, especially in raw material and finished goods in warehouse at Purwakarta. Reporting the Balance Sheet Review to Bata Global for monthly closing every month. Follow up to each department in Bata Indonesia based on result of Operational Review Bata Global and reporting the progress and implementation to Bata Global.
