Led the board of a healthcare, education, and advocacy organization serving the east coast of Florida from Miami to Tallahassee that included 8 health care centers and hundreds of employees. Managed the successful executive search for a new CEO and transition to new leadership. Completed a strategic planning process to build the strategic plan for affiliate, including a board work plan and organizational objectives. Oversaw the accreditation process in a federated system.

Senior director-level litigation, regulatory and commercial attorney. Also played a key role in managing the Company's response to the FTC's investigation of and litigation related to the 2015 proposed acquisition of Office Depot by Staples, including providing legal representation for a proposed divestiture. Managed a team, including lawyers, paralegals and a legal operations manager. Secured alternative fee arrangements for all patent cases under my supervision and organized joint defense groups with retailers across the county to share defense counsel resulting in significant reduction in cost of defense and better leverage in the litigation. Managed RFP process to secure these arrangements.
