Responsibilities of receiving goods physically and inputting it to the system.. Reconcile shipping invoice and receiving reports and ensure count accuracy. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptance or incorrect items.

• Handling sales person / subsidiaries enquires to source different vendor/supplier• Sorting out multiple quotations from vendors• Organizing quotations to be redirected to others department• Processing of orders and doing cross checking with data base and providing the most efficient solution• Handling with negotiation with vendors• Liaising between accounts and vendor for payments etc• Arrange Import /Export, Air / Ocean shipment for Company / Customer / Subsidiaries• Following up on indent orders or pending cases• Doubling administrative tasks of preparing for Delivery orders, commercial invoice and packing list for shipping to client / expeditor• Re-certification and Re-calibration of different equipment like fire extinguisher, Life Saving Equipment (Rope access equipment, life raft, life jacket, gas detector, SCBAs) & Lifting equipment• Arrange optician for worker who needs special degree spectacles• Arrange credit top up for satellite phone use• Participate in internal and external on ISO Audit

• Keep tracking and tagging of incoming and out-going valves• Prepare Certificates and Service reports ( Under Singlas Accreditation Requirement)• Source for vendors, request for RFQ, comparing on the quotation, specification and price negotiation with vendors• Support technician team in day to day purchase, sourcing such as machinery, equipment, PPE and other general hardware items both locally and oversea• Prepare and issue of Purchase Order to vendor• Follow up and arrange of material purchase on delivery or collection• Ensure and tally all valves issue against Delivery order before delivery• Prepare & update of yearly equipment maintenance and recertification list (eg; Lifting equipment, Safety equipment, Measuring Equipment, Pressure & Vacuum Gauges)• Participate in internal and external on ISO & Singlas Audit
