Dolly Ann Delgado is a Licensed Professional Teacher and a graduate with Best Student-Teacher award and Summa Cum Laude honors, holding a Bachelor of Education degree in English. She works as a full-time Instructional Designer for People Development at Ibex, leading projects and initiatives related to trainer development and certifying trainers from the US, Jamaica, Nicaragua, and the Philippines in facilitation methodologies and coaching effectiveness. Additionally, she is a part-time faculty member at Olivarez College, teaching students of different programs such as education, marketing, and nursing. Dolly is also on her second year pursuing a Master of Arts in Education Major in English at the National Teachers College in the Philippines.
