CurrentResponsibilities include:• Recruit technology and engineering professionals (Project Managers, Business Analyst, Developers, Network Administrators, Helpdesk, Project Coordinators, Project Administrators, Quality (testers, Engineers), System Administrators, Mechanical Engineers, CAD Designers, Software Engineers, etc.) for contract, contract to hire, and full-time positions for numerous national and local clients in a very fast-paced environment• Experience in using several tools to identify qualified consultants including BullHorn (used SmartSearch, JobDiva and Resumix), Internet resources (ComputerJobs, Dice, Monster, Hotjobs, Google searches-AIRS), and networking (LinkedIn, job fairs).• Negotiate salaries, benefits, relocation compensation, and sign-on bonuses for potential consultants and consultants • Schedule phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, extend offers, and schedule start dates with consultants.• Track candidates in the system from initial contact through the hire.
