Dolores is a Psychologist with a minor in Human Resources (Cum Laude graduate). Completed her education with a Certificate in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Management at Harvard Law School and a Certificate in Leadership at Harvard University, Division of Continuing Education.Professional with 10 years of experience in the Human Resources area, worked at Mercado Libre (NASDAQ: MELI) as an HR Business Partner. In her role she was responsible for leading the placement of highly skilled IT professionals that were best fit to join the core teams of the company. Previous to that, she worked at Sun Microsystems as a Human Resources Generalist delivering transactional and strategic Human Resources support to the following areas: Training, Development, Benefits and Compensation. She was also responsible for key projects, participated in community activities and advised managers on performance management and employee relationship concerns. Currently, Dolores has founded together with her partner Agustina Tapia, Samba HR, a boutique Human Resources Consultancy providing successful recruitment solutions. Originally from Argentina, lived in Boston for two years, and currently lives in London where she also collaborates with the non-profit Link Up London, designing and executing programmes to help women out of the workforce to reengage. Dolores is mother of three kids, certified PADI Open Water scuba diver and avid athlete who has competed in marathons and high performance races (Hood to Coast, Oregon, Portland).
