Current- Software Administration: Google Admin, HMH, Destiny, School Loop, Office 365
- Respond to request for technical assistance via Zendesk and phone for the following technologies: Windows 10, Windows 7, iOS, Android and Chrome OS endpoint. Printers and AV devices.
- Network Support – Administer network connectivity (Cisco Meraki), server availability and information security.
- HP Desktop and Laptop setup and imaging via PXE Boot using FOG Project. Includes deploying, inventory, training, and troubleshooting.
- Administer AD, Google Suite, Mosyle MDM program access, password reset, creating new user accounts, etc.
- Onboard new users and provide hardware and software training to new users
