Current- Supervisor/Manager of total production management within a strategic supplier of machined and fabricated metal products, assemblies and components to leading to original equipment manufacturers. The following process.
- New machine set ups and manufacturing processes.
- New and proven machine tooling within the toolroom. Including part specific fixturing, design and manufacture to improve the production process.
- Set up system requirements for purchase of steel orders ( A new request made by company directors to determine steel requirements up to £4M per annum) required for production parts using ERP System (Epicor 10).
- Set up steel Delivery/location within the site, and track of inventory.
- Plan production of components from initial profile burning stage from initial steel plate delivery, through to the production control of material flow through plant.
