About Dom Alhambra

I studied International Relations with a focus on Chinese economics and culture at the University of Florida. I wrote technical reports to analyze the successes and areas for improvement of FEMA’s survivor assistance programs during hurricanes Harvey and Maria. I am currently working outdoors with the Texas Conservation Corps, completing conservation and disaster mitigation projects for federal, state and local partners in Austin and East Texas.
