Risk Management:• Data entry of analysed adverse drug reactions into a pre-designed database. • Perform internal audits of the accuracy of data entry for populated data (100% audit) against source data, to identify irregularities in accordance to standard operating procedures. • Preparation of graphic presentations on the frequency of adverse events of some generic medicinal products.• Preparation and data management of new events (side effects) for some generic medicinal products that are not listed in the products’ approved safety sheet, so specialists analyse them further for signal, risk/benefit assessment.• Statistics extracted from databases concerning the number of side effects received/retrieved for a list of generic medicinal products in accordance to their source and nature and highlight any trends. In the case of deficiencies or irregularities, summarise findings in statistically based reports for further analysis by specialists.In general, I have learned to work within a tightly regulated industry, guided by written procedures and principles to ensure the company and their clients comply with governing standard operating procedures.
