Work with elementary and middle school math teachers to create daily formative assessments that are aligned to their curriculum and to the Maryland College and Career Ready Standards. Support teachers in analyzing upcoming units and their post-unit assessment data in order to plan re-teaching opportunities. Provide monthly professional development for elementary and middle school math teachers. Conduct weekly Data Talks for the school’s mathematics department.
