With nearly two decades of leadership expertise spanning both the public and private sectors, I am deeply committed to fostering a high-performance culture that is both positive and inclusive. My leadership journey is marked by a successful track record of enhancing organizational value and enriching the employee experience. I bring to the table a robust skill set that includes storytelling, strategic planning, leadership development, and community engagement.I am honored to be the recipient of the 2024 Emerging Leader Award from the WaterNow Alliance. I graduated from the inaugural cohort of the Transformative Water Leadership Academy, a program facilitated by the American Water Works Association and WaterNow Alliance. These experiences have further equipped me with the tools and insights to drive meaningful change within the water sector.My commitment to service and community involvement is reflected in my active participation on several boards and commissions. I proudly serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Missouri Central Credit Union, Chairman of the Awards Committee for the Missouri Section of the American Water Works Association, Club Administrator on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Lee's Summit, an Alumni Council member for College of the Ozarks, and a member of the DEI Standards Committee for the American Water Works Association.
