He currently leads the CEO Advisory Practice, and focuses much of his time helping his clients with their needs in talent assessment, executive coaching, team effectiveness, succession planning, organizational culture and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives. He has assessed over 3000 senior executives and coached nearly 300 high performing leaders throughout his career. Industries include: advertising/marketing, hospitality, entertainment, energy, financial services, real assets, higher education, healthcare, insurance, pharmaceuticals, technology and consumer goods.He’s a passionate advocate for leadership development as well as professional wellness, and has presented on a number of topics from cultural and organizational health to the impacts of chronic stress on high performing individuals.
