I was going to be a professional musician. At 19, my father passed away, and that changed my focus. Talking about myself may very well be the most painful thing I can do. Yet, here we are in an “About” section on the most powerful networking tool in existence. I have had the pleasure of leading a lot of sales and marketing teams around the globe. We've had much success. They did the work - I just helped them get there. If I have a talent, it is the ability to get the people around me to perform at their best capabilities. I train and develop them to the best of my ability - the numbers seem to follow.My dad died when I was 19, and it left me with a massive void in my life. Mainly because I thought he hadn’t left a legacy. I left school to help take care of my family, and for many years I was angry with him. That anger drove me to help as many people as I could so that I could leave this life knowing that there were people that I helped along the way. Interestingly enough, while teaching a class and telling that story, someone said to me that my dad did leave a legacy…me. That changed everything. I am still just as passionate about helping people. Now it isn’t about the anger, but a desire to fulfill his legacy.What I do:I have a proven process for hiring the right people, and a methodology for sales & marketing that has proven to work with any industry I’ve worked. I teach and train those all over the globe.I see organizational elements that are missing or broken and how to fix them. I sit elbow to elbow with my clients until we do.I have a proven track record of hiring hundreds of very successful people and generating 100s of millions of dollars in revenue for companies.I am a human with a family, and I use my talent to support them and work towards my goal of leaving the broadest legacy I can.I love cooking.
