• First Finance & Strategy hire reporting to Head of Finance & Accounting; helped scale the team and internal systems from 1 to 25+; built out Robinhood’s first FP&A, forecasting, operating plan, reporting, and investor relations processes • Partnered with senior leaders and C-team on the due diligence process for multiple private fundraising rounds (E, F, & G) and $HOOD’s public listing (S1, road show, & earnings); valuation grew from $5B to $32B in 3 years• Led and assisted multiple strategic projects (e.g. AWS EDP negotiations, employee benefits & comp, international expansions, OPEX costs reductions, LTV & customer cohorts analyses, churn reduction, M&A proposals, TAM analyses, partnership models, etc.) • Finance & Strategy partner for new products such as Banking, Crypto, International and X that helped to develop and execute the go to market strategies • Finance lead for the Options product; helped the team grow Options from our smallest revenue stream to the largest (1071% in 2 years) from a team of ~1.5 to 40+• Developed and executed on a strategy to better manage AWS and tech expenses by leading a cross functional team to tackle unit economics, instrumentation and tooling, efficiency metrics and alerts, and our first ever AWS OKRs, which reported to the CFO on a monthly basis
